CALENDAR OF EVENTS

PURPOSE: The Calendar of Events Committee maintains a current calendar of events approved by the Pembroke Welsh Corgi Club of America.

TASKS:

1. To contact each regional Newsletter editor to determine his or her deadlines for submission of material.

2. To keep the Calendar up-to-date by recording all changes and additions as they are received.

3. To send changes to the national NEWSLETTER and all regional club newsletters on a quarterly basis.

4. To send all changes, as received, to the PWCCA Web Master to be up-dated on the PWCCA Web Page.

ORACLE:

1. 10-I, 9/15/83, pg. 3: Mrs. Harper reported that Mr. Christie has developed a very complete calendar of yearly Corgi events. M/S/C this calendar be sent to the Editors of all Corgi Newsletters and "The Corgi Quarterly" and that it be updated four times a year. A further motion to instruct the Editor of the PWCCA NEWSLETTER to carry this calendar and keep it updated as a regular feature was seconded and passed. It was also suggested to send this calendar to new judges.

2. 19-I, 4/13/00 pg. 12: Upon motion of Pat Sandy-Smith, seconded by Kathy Broska, and unanimously carried by those present, the Board corrected action taken September 9, 1997 and clarified the Calendar of Events is a separate committee.
